On 18 February 2004, the College hosted jointly with the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) and the Australian Council for Overseas Aid (ACFOA) a seminar by Professor Andrew Mack, Director of the Human Security Centre at the University of British Columbia, entitled 'War in the 21st Century: Why the UN Matters'. Professor Mack is flanked (on his left) by Graham Tupper, Executive Director of ACFOA, and (on his right) by Steve Darvill, Humanitarian/Peace-Conflict Adviser, AuSAID.
