H.E. Olara Otunnu

On 14 November 2005, Mr H.E. Olara Otunnu, gave a public seminar 'Challenges Facing Africa' at the Asia-Pacific College of Diplomacy. Mr Otunnu's address focussed on contemporary ‘Challenges facing Africa' including children and armed conflict with particular emphasis on the compliance regime adopted by the Security Council, United Nations reform, post G8 prospects, and the political crisis in Uganda and Zimbabwe.
