APCD Masters students and staff departed the Hedley Bull Centre on 27 February for a trip to ANU Kioloa Coastal Campus. The trip was a mix of relaxation and intense discussion and negotiation. Professor William Maley, Professor Ramesh Thakur and Dr Jeremy Farrall coordinated three main sessions beginning on the evening of the first day with a panel discussion on "Bridging Diplomatic Theory and Practice". Session 2 the following day was a discussion on "Diplomacy and Wikileaks", and later that afternoon Session 3 involved a simulation of "Negotiation and Conflict Resolution".
