Transnational Policy Forum

Transnational Policy Forum (TPF) is an annual event of the Asia-Pacific College of Diplomacy which brings together key diplomatic scholars, experts and practitioners to discuss a particular significant international issue, in an attempt to encourage and facilitate more effective international co-operation. Each year a different issue or theme is chosen for the Forum.

The discussion of the participants is based on an interchange of ideas in a decidedly Socratic mode, as opposed to the examination of arguments in prepared papers. Participation in the Forum is by invitation only, and is followed by the publication of a conference report which identifies the participants and the key points made, but does not attribute these to particular individuals.
